"I was seeing all these fry stands along 17. I stopped at the Gourmet grub stand. I had a BBQ pulled pork on homemade toasted bread with bacon and cheese on it(6.25ca). They also had hot dogs, fresh cut fries, burgs, poutines, and fish. They are on facebook. The food was very good. It is off the corner a little bit of Hwy 15 and Hwy 7. SE corner."

"I love the location of this restaurant, the staff are amazing, great view. I was disappointed by breakfast. I thought the buffet was overpriced for what was available and none of it was that amazing. It was what I expect at say...,a family hotel free lobby breakfast. I might have been there on an off day. Or maybe they didn't have all their dishes out as it was just me. But this restaurant has such great potential, I think they should try a little harder to make it a more interesting breakfast buffet, or significantly lower the price of the one they have, like cut it in half and maybe they would have more people there."

"There avocado toast is amazing and I love there sugar cane straws. Much better than paper straws you get at other restaurants. They compost which is amazing! Just all around an amazingly quaint little gem of a spot!"

"We went for dinner. I had the coconut breaded fish with mashed potatoes. Recommended by my server. It was fantastic. Also, the potatoes where very tasty and the veggies where fresh and not over cooked. My husband got the firecracker burger and fries. Super flavourful, spicy and big party. My daughter got the kids fish and chips. Made in house and awesome (especially for a kids meal). She ate ALL the fish (unheard of for her).Recommend a reservation as there isn't a lot of tables."

"I recently went here for brunch with 4 other people around 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon and the service was horrible. The waitress (older with a blonde bun) was prompt to take our orders right away and the food came decently fast but after we got our food we sat there for 45 mins without even seeing our waitress. All of our glasses were empty and we all wanted something else to drink/eat. The waitress even went to the table beside us to take their orders and still never checked on us. She finally came over and just asked who was paying what without even asking how our meal was or if we wanted a dessert menu. Then when we got our bills two things were wrong on it but we didn't have the time to wait for the waitress to fix it. The food is amazing but with such horrible service I won't be back again. To the server who waitressed us... if your section is to big and you can't handle it ask for help! You will actually leave with tips in your pocket next time...... what a shame!"
