"Myself and my husband ended up here for dinner before heading to a show at the nearby Comedy Store. We had not been to the Entertainment Quarter before. To be fair, there was a football game on at the Stadium which dramatically increased the crowd in the entire complex. On the whole, our dinner here was very disappointing. Service was very slow. Guests have to seat themselves whenever a free table pops up, which is ok, but you then have to get up and go outside again to place an order in a disorganised queue at a window located in a pedestrian thoroughfare which was likely more crowded than usual due to the fact it was cold and raining. We were unable to see a menu at our table, with several waitstaff saying they would bring them to us, only to be told several minutes later that in fact they didn't have any. The food was acceptable, but certainly not remarkable, and was definitely overpriced. Given the completely haphazard level of service and the fact that it seems to operate more like a bistro in some ways, I think overall the value is poor."

"Order Brown rice, got white rice instead which cost almost half the price. Call back and all they say is they ran out and have my number wrong even tho I called to confirm earlier. Why must I pay the extra also when I got delivered something I won't eat. Terrible customer service. Will never order from them and don't recommend anyone to also."

"They love eating here, the variety of dishes and customer service! my only question is that these young are not generous with meat...Had the chicken hokkias noodle, it was vegetarian. had to stretch it out to keep the whole meal. like a piece of chicken for every third mouth."

"I went to this place on a Sunday to get takeaway alcohol, which should have been till 10 they said it shut at 9:35I was told a false closing time and a security guard pushed me away I was not aggressiveI called after asking about what time they close takeaway alcohol on a Sunday night and she said until closingThen I said I wanted to speak to the manager and that I came within the time frame beforeAnd she hung up on me and said the manager was busy which was an excuseThe staff are rude and untrustworthyBad customer service and they touch you without your permission without any aggregation from your side"
