"There service is horrible. The most recent experience was when I tried to order two bagels, sliced. They wouldn't slice the bagels because their kitchen was too busy. They pointed to where I could get a plastic knife to cut them myself. I was sure I misunderstood, so I had to confirm I heard him right."

"We had a very nice lunch today at Arby's on Madison St. courtesy of Arby's for taking the time to rate their limited time only fish meal. The advertisement for the meal was misleading to a lot of people. It said something about a hush puppy batter and l myself took it as though they served hush puppies with the meal. They did not. I said something to Melinda Hodge who is the store manager and even she said it was misleading. Having called Arby's Customer Service they welcomed my comments about the fish meal and sent me two complimentary meals. Today we used those meals. Patti, our server, was very attentive and got our order just within a few minutes. At that point she ask how we got the meals and l told Patti and Melinda what took place. This Arby's has always been our favorite Arby's to go to. Melinda has been a manager for a long time and she is great at what she does. Patti always has a smile on her face when greeting customers and l am sure the rest of the staff are just as courteous. I have seen several comments saying they are slow or only working the drive thru. We are at a time right now when everyone is short on help. Everyone wants to complain, but no one wants to help. I see the lines waiting for service at all the restaurants. I applaud those people who do food service. It would be a dull world if we didn't have them. How would you like to just go to the grocery, buy, and have to prepare your own food every day? Wouldn't that be nice to never have day or night out? Stop your complaining, it just upsets everyone. Smile more and look for the positive things in life, it could be a lot worse. Our lunch was was great thanks to Patti, Melinda, and staff. Thanks Arby's!"

"Very much a typical chain restaurant. Servants were polite, and the food came fast. Albeit a steakhouse, my steak craving was halted as My eye caught the CORNMEAL battered fried fish. First bite was great, not overly salted or spiced to hell, texture was a satisfying crunch followed up with the fish satisfyingly melting in your mouth literally. The sweet potato was just what you would expect sweet and hearty, I even dipped the fish into it and hit the whole thing with a shot of hot sauce to merge all the flavors. The coleslaw however was lacking something there wasn't much bite as one would expect, just creamy not tangy. Over all the portions and quality are great you will be satisfied."

"Omg. This place was well worth the stop. So good. Brisket was absolutely amazing. The owner has this one locked down. The pulled pork was great. Potato salad was perfect. And don’t get me started on the homemade bbq sauce. 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend. Sir you got a forever customer in me"
