"The re modelled place looks fresh, new, but still has a familiar feel to the place. We haven't been here for a couple of years only because we make decent pasta at home. The menu has expanded and features brick oven menu. The meals we ordered were very good, the wine was not priced over the moon...two of us with a beer and wine, dinners were happy with a $52 bill. The owner is involved and sincere in making this place just right...yes we will go again!"

"Really good food, mediocre service, bad quality control. I tend to go here a lot just for their deep fried spicy chicken and potatoes. If you're expecting western Chinese food this isn't it. This place is delicious but the flavours can be too adventurous for most western living folk. <br/ <br/ Give it a try."

"The adventure of finding the best hole in the wall resto continues and this unfortunately don’t measure up. Maybe we ordered the wrong dishes but there really wasn’t any flavours outside of salt and pepper. Don’t expect service as there usually is only one server."

"I have a whole bunch of friends that live near here and for every party I just order a whack load of samosas from here. This makes me a popular gal and I get invited to more parties! They have excellent veg samosas but for something...a bit spicier, don’t miss their exceptional chicken samosas (they have chicken breast and diced green chilies jalapeños? in them haven’t had anything similar elsewhere but they are amazing). It doesn’t matter which kind they get inhaled within 10 minutes of me plonking them on the table. These will come with a side of the tamarind sauce, which is yummy but I always order a side of the the green chutney. I also always order about a 1.25 to 1 ratio so for a party of 20 people I will order 20veg and 10 chicken. Believe me, they will all disappear. I recommend calling at least 45 60 minutes ahead if you have more than 10 to order as they get busy. The staff is fantastic and the samosas will be hot and fresh when you get there. I honestly think their samosas are some of the best in the lower mainland, and I have had samosas everywhere!"

"The dinner in this pho restaurant with friends and our experience was good. the restaurant is not busy and eating was hot and tasty. perfect for cold weather. the server was very friendly, but one lasted before we got our inquiries. this resto. has not chili garlic oil"

"We had some problems with our visit. first I ordered a moimosa- the menu says 4oz champagner. it was served in a 6oz glass and was mostly juice. Being generous, I'd say I had two ounces of champagne. I ordered perogy and...Egg plate. the perogies were bought and cut. but the worst was to find a hair that was enlisted on one of them. sooo rough, careless and the waitress rolled her eyes when I told her. my man ordered an omelette, which looked beautiful, full of ingredients on the menu, but when he received it, it was flat and unobstructed with hardly any ingredients inside. his pancakes were salty. then we waited for the old to pay our bill, at the end go to the counter. they just don't worry, there are many better places to get their food."
