"The food here is really amazing and for this reason I will return. But my last two visits last month have broken the ladies' toilet seat. Such a simple thing to fix, but never done what a shame is! I don't understand why they only have 1 ladies' room and 2 men! Odd! The other thing I find is the music taste... it never seems to fit into an authentic Italian restaurant. It's not exactly on the cheap side, but the food is very nice, so the money is worth..."

"Poor service! Waiter took our orders and then came back 35mins later to let us know they didn’t have what we wanted. Waited 1 hour for just starters to arrive which was only kelewele and chicken wings. Never known this to take so long to cook. Mains followed around 20 minutes later, fufu had dried up and was not fresh at all. After the mains had arrived, waiter ASKED if we wanted bowls of water to wash our hands as if that’s not standard procedure as we had all ordered fufu and then took about 5 mins to bring it out. Waited another 15mins just to find a waiter to get the bill as they kept disappearing. Was so close to walking out but my family insisted I give the benefit of the doubt but we should have indeed left. Nothing like Gold Coast in Accra! The staff need to do better, very disappointing."

"Called in here on rainy Saturday. Had the set lunch menu. Starters of prawn Cocktail and whitebait. Very generous portions and tasty. Main course, calves liver and chicken with mushrooms and white wine. Both very good. Excellent roasted potatoes, brocolli and carrots. Deserts of panna cotta and tiramisu both homemade were delicious. Service was cheerful and efficient. This is a really pleasant place with a wide choice of food and good value for money. Would return for more when In the area."

"Very good food on the set Menù, generous portions, tasty tender meat and fish, variety of starters, good value for money. We booked in advance on a busy Sunday evening and we have to wait a little bit for our table. Very friendly and attentive staff. 1 star deducted because of the very loud music that prevents us to have a normal conversation with our friends."

"The most fantastic traditional Italian Restaurant. I visited on a Saturday night to celebrate the 18th Birthday of my son. The whole atmosphere is exciting and each and every minute we spent there was very enjoyable. The food is absolutely wonderful each and every piece of food ordered was magnificent. I really recommend this Restaurant and each and every person involved in the place is outstanding"

"There are so many chippies in UK that competition is fierce yet strangely there are not many chippies in Croydon town.<br/>While I was taking a walk to down Cherry Orchard I discovered Mr Chippy which specializes in fish and chips.<br/>I didn't try them on my first visit because I already had a commitment for dinner but I was impressed with the guys because when I asked about chicken, they said a fresh batch was coming out.<br/>I just knew this place was going to be good because I love their genuine endeavours serving the best to customers so I can understand why they were featured on Channel Food unwrapped.<br/>Went back a week later for some food and tried the chips with chicken, spicy wings, Southern fried fish bites and a regular battered fish bite.<br/>The fish bites were really surprising because I was expecting small pieces but they were fish tails which are my favourite part of the fish so next time I'm going to order it again.<br/>The amazing thing was that after a walk home, the fish batter was still light and crispy.<br/>However I couldn't quite taste the difference between the battered and Southern coating (non spicy) because they were quite similar, but anyway I'll be back for them so will get the spicy one next time.<br/>They also have grilled fish too.<br/>As well as the fish, the chips were also the star of the show, just how I like them ie not greasy.<br/>You can always tell if a chip is good visually and by taste, well I can because my tastebuds are sensitive and also by smell because there isn't a greasy smell from the chips or in the shop.<br/>The spicy wings were similar to the ones you get from the chicken shop but there was an extra tikka kick to it.<br/>After finishing the food, I still felt hungry which is a sign of a good chippy because it doesn't leave you bloated.<br/>Overall, highly recommended if you are in the area.<br/>I can't wait until lockdown is over because I'd rather dine it."
