"Good western food. Burgers, chili fries, fish and chips and all that. Place is about 2 km outside town so best take a taxi. If you like country music you'll like this bar. I , however,do not."

"There are no real vegan restaurants in dumaguete. sometimes I end up in pasta king. if they can lower their standard to lacto-ovo vegetarian, then they bring them the best vegetarian pizza as well as spaghetti and seafood sauce. make sure that they could not eat fish or be in their spaghetti sauce. that is genuine Italian eating. highly recommended. Since 2019, there is an increase in vegetarian and even vegan food in dumaguete. I ignore dauin, as this is a separate city catering more for non-Asia that come to dive."

"It's a rather pricy restaurant, although with really good food and also good sizes. Their air conditioning tends to be extremely cold to the extend that you don't like to stay for long. Unfortunately at night they often got very loud music outdoors, which even indoors still is too loud to properly communicate. In the end that's the reason why I rather don't go there anymore."

"Comfort food near the famous The Flying Fish Hostel! Most remarkably, this casual, low-key restaurant serves a rarity among Dumaguete establishments. And, no, you can’t find it on their menu. It’s their excellent customer service, particularly their friendly, attentive and accommodating waiters who go out of their way for you to enjoy your dining experience. Case in point: when my order was very delayed due to kitchen problems, they provided complimentary nachos. Things to improve? Hope they turn down the airconditioning for the indoor dining area. It’s just too cold, I always end up transferring to an outside table."

"Best bar/restaurant in Dumaguete. A perfect place to chill out during the day in peace and quiet and a great place for drinks with friends at night. The menu is great with various Indian curries, burgers, bangers and mash, etc as well as Filippino food. Owner Chris is an absolute legend. Highly recommended!"

"Easy location right on the boulevard. Outdoor tables too hot, too noisy with traffic; inside is comfortable with good air conditioning. Menu is huge; servings even larger. Flavors perhaps a bit bland, but that's what most folk want. If you can't manage everything you've ordered, ask for take-out containers; friendly staff will box it up for you."
