"Disgusting customer service. Ordered on the online app and apprently never came through to store.. after showing evidence it did and them agreeing this is true. They still couldn't provide me with the food I paid for and/or any information on how to resolve matter. Treated myself, my partner and my daughter like we were dirt and liars and then when proved was evidence we just got treated like dirt. Contacted another subway which told us what the problem could be but cause we were pieces of dirt to them they didn't want to here. Worst customer service experience I have ever had."

"Usually my go to chip shop but having to pay $16 for large chips is ridiculous. I paid $8 on menu log payment pending as it does with payWave also. They made me repay in store and wouldn’t accept even my bank account on my phone (proof of payment) and now my chips are bloody soggy kms"
