"Our first time here and it started off good. The server was nice. When the food came out, 3 out of 4 plates of fries where good and the other was cold. We asked the server for fresh fries and she almost seemed offended. She shortly came back with a plate saying, I know this sounds weird but they want you to drop your fries on this plate (we did and she took them back to the kitchen). We were like what!? Never heard of any restaurant doing that. I even asked if they were dropping those same fries back in the fryer. She said no. The fries came back out and they were super hard. We knew they fried the same fries. Servers attitude completely changed and she was not sincere about anything. No one came and apologized and not even got offered nothing. Even got charged for sauce sides. Will not come back. Like I 'm really upset. My blood has never boiled like that at a restaurant."

"We eat fish and chips all over Mandurah and I can tel you there a few selling some really bad fish like the imported asian basa (freshwater cat fish) not here!! Well I tried the snapper and my friend has had the reg fish - excellent best we have had for a while.Best little fish shop. Regulars now. Chips are very good too."

"The very good thing about it is that I don't have to do it again!Everything was dripping in oil, no meat in the battered dishes, just loads of batter.Never again, not even for free!The lady who served us was very friendly and cheerful but the food was truly NOT very good!"
