"Order chicken Kiev with chips as stated on menu. Meal came with 5 mini kievs you can buy in Iceland for £2.00. Got about 6 chips with it. Charging £1.60 for can of soft drink. My daughter had to challenge her bill 3 tumes before getting it settled. Very poor quality of food for price. Will definitely not be returning. Extremely disappointed. Although the fella that served us was really friendly."

"Fast service, friendly staff eager to please. This is a take out restaurant right in the center of town. Has the best chicken and gravy cheese chips around! The portions are, no kidding, big enough to share! You will not be disappointed!"

"I called into Michael’s diner yesterday on my way home as I couldn’t be bothered cooking for myself and I fancied a nice burger and chip. The staff where very polite and sorted my order very quickly , I sat and waited while it was being cooked looking around at the photos on the walls one in piticular was from the film trains spotting , I say you could seat about 30 people in there very comfortably and I noticed you can order over the phone and collect as you pass , well now I quickly put their number in my phone . My double burger with cheese with no rabbit food was delicious as where my chips just perfect, they hit the spot , I will call again and I must say great parking outside too ,I am glad I tried here and will be back , it all looked clean but maybe a few vents could do with a little wipe ."

"After hiking the stairway to heaven and visiting the marble arch cave, we stopped in to warm up. The interior was inviting and cozy, although spacious. Lisa was behind the bar and she was very helpful as we were indecisive about what to order. We settled on the homemade vegetable soup, a side of chips, mashed potatoes and gravy, and warm whiskey and lemon drinks. Irish music in the background, when I was eating, I felt like I was enjoying a meal in a friend's home. The soup was exactly what I was hoping for. The chef even shared the ingredients! I most definitely recommend!!"
