"We love Captain D’s but more often then not when we are here the staff is rude and never happy. It has been this way multiple times when we come here. My family doesn’t want to be here simply because of the way staff treats you. The staff also doesn’t where name tags so the problem can not be fixed when you are unaware of what staff is hateful to customers."

"Truly authentic and amazing family style Japanese restaurant. The atmosphere is great as we are sitting on tatami mat. We ordered sukiyaki hotpot and a kaiseki. All of the food is so delicious! Sashimi is fresh. Vegetables are tasty. Beef is sliced thinly for hotpot. High value for money given the size of the food as well. Lastly, service is impeccable! The owners are authentic Japanese people who always serve with friendly smiles:"
