"I get her gyro plates with a fenominaly made Greek salad and I still have to disapointed. Local and friendly is what I'm looking for and this place, it deserves all 5 stars from me. I recommend Sammy's Place to anyone looking for hospitality and damn good quality."

"Pizza is good when they cook it properly, but they are wildly contradictory. Sunday, 2. May was the best pizza I ever had from them. Crust was thoroughly boiled, a little crunchy on it and cut into large triangles. Tonight, 8 May, pizza was soggy, even if he asked to cook a little extra. The dough of the cheese pizza was literally not boiled. If they can consistently cook well, their pizza is fantastic. You have my favorite fries everywhere. Update: ordered pizza on 8. July 2021 and it was amazing. Party size cut into triangles, thin, tasty parmesan on it, and crispy. Hopefully they can continue to deliver good pizza."

"We got an Airbnb nearby so tried Sunset Bar Grill and were very happy. It was pretty empty on a Monday afternoon which suited us just fine. $2 drafts, burgers were pretty good, good service, really nice eating right on the lake."
