"We were really excited to try this place bc their menu online clearly says that they can make items without animal products. In our experience, vegetarians sometimes only means veggies (especially when we visited Japan) for some and it seems that this restaurant could use the term so. Unfortunately, when we arrived for lunch on Tuesday during their posted hours, they were closed. There were no hours at the door. They did not have a voicemail or notification when we state that they are closed. We will try again and hope they will be open."

"The veggie burger is Boca. We also had the fried pickles as an appetizer and they were served with small pieces of fried chicken in the bottom of the basket. Go to Mellow Mushroom if vegan, and for veggies there are other places with veggie burgers to check out. Other cons: we sat for 10 minutes before having to flag down someone to serve us (they were busy- but 10 min is a bit much), they served wine in a glass with a large chip out of the stem and overall the food was just not great."

"Michelle, another driver proposed here. I left the trolley and went in. It is the oldest restaurant in Gatlinburg. It looks like it from inside. It was very clean. Our waitress was Pam W. She was Johnny on site. I enjoyed their suggestions. I still have a burger with a fried green tomato and pimento cheese. It was cooked to order fresh meat, not frozen. I like my medium well. I'm not a steak eater. Eat one, but I prefer a burger. My boo says I'm the perfect gf. It was the best largest potato I had in a long time. Mom! O has the steak sandwich and pommes. She didn't complain, so I wanted to say it was good! Thank you. Pam You have made our experience wonderful!"

"Visiting from Dublin, Ohio. Great meal service was tremendous starting with the hostess, the manager, who checked on people's service and our server was out of this world. Not only did she make our experience great. But she was helping guests with dietary needs and a table of deaf patrons. I worked for Wendy's for 30 years. Dave Thomas always said take care of the customer and you all did. Thanks so much for your southern hospitality!"

"Five stars! All right! Great little restaurant with great food. The sandwich bread was AMAZING. We had fried chicken sandwiches and a peanut butter cookie (which was still warm I could add). They also had drinks and coffee. Very recommended for a quick bite to eat! It won't disappoint! The staff was also very friendly!"
