"This place was a fantastic accident. I happened to walk past and just poked my head in to see how it looked. The people were so friendly when I walked in that they convinced me to stay for happy hour (that happens to be every day from 3 7pm). I sat at the bar and asked the sushi chef what was good. He asked me what I like and we settled on the devil roll and It was amazing. I also got the 911 and the lay me down rolls. All of them were fantastic. Everyone working there was friendly and attentive, even as the place started getting very busy. I will definitely be returning again soon."

"So happy this place is still here! One of the original places that makes fresh potato chips! They are worth the trip all on their own! My favorite thing on the menu is the BLT, which has some incredible hickory smoked bacon on a fresh Italian loaf. See the fried green beans! My favorite way to get healthy vegetables!! Good service and decent booths. We are lucky to have this place in DT Glendora."

"Fantastic! I've eaten here 4 or 5 times now and it's always great. The spotless fries are reminiscent of in n out animal fries, but dairy free. The food is flavorful and rich but never leaves me feeling heavy after a mealEDIT: I took a star off after the third time of showing up to get food and the restaurant being closed in the middle of their stated business hours. Still great food if you can catch them while open!"

"Wanted to try a new place. Growing up in the SGV, I've had plenty of Thai food in my life and this place doesn't disappoint. Very flavorful and very friendly staff. Food is really good and I'm glad I don't have to travel far since I'm now in the 909."

"The sushi was kind of weirdly chunky (huge chunks of fish) and had a strange aftertaste... I cant put my finger on what was wrong with it but I couldnt eat it. It just made me so nauseous."

"Wow! fantastic eating, attentive service and a great value! I'm winning! I was too many cheap sushi places, and so far I am mostly disappointed. not tonight! I got the big sushi combination, and the fish slices were over generous, and melt-in-your-mouth fresh! I wish I had made a photo before I forgive it, but it was so delicious that it was gone before I thought to do that. even the spicy thun-fishing roller has bleededed me away because it was super fresh and spiced. many thanks for such a wonderful experience! I'll be right back!"

"Located on historic route 66 in Glendora the white with blue trim caught my eye. It is counter service. Had a bevy of delicious tacos and a fish ceviche tostada. Coating on the fried seafood was a little dense, almost corndog-ish but flavorful. Grilled fish was light and flakey. The pastor and carnitas were really well seasoned and very deliciously flavorful. The ceviche was cut consistent in size so the distribution of fish and veggies worked really well. They do use what seemed to be fresh grilled tortillas and a lot of cabbage on all the tacos. I was not used to so much cabbage on meat tacos but it made them feel healthier and gave a freshness that usually is not achieved with the usual onions and cilantro fare. I should have asked for some limes and fresh salsa but I really didn't miss them. Tuesday meat tacos were on special and wed fish tacos are on special according to the back entrance reader board. Parking can be a little squiffy but there are a couple spots including ADA spots behind the building and possibly accepted in the adjacent buildings. There is indoor and outdoor seating though the outdoor seating is just off Route 66 which can be a little noisy. Overall, I would recommend and would probably eat a lot more tacos there again if I was in the area. The only real concern was the amount of meat on the tacos. It did seem a little sparse and kind of got lost in the cabbage."
