"Eating at Elia on Saturday night was awful. We got there at 5:50 P.M. (Our reservation was for 6:00) We had tickets to the Keswick theatre for the 8:00 show. We thought we had plenty of time. Unfortunately it took almost 1 hour and fourty minutes to get our food. We had to gulp the food to just make the show. The waitress also said that she thought she had served us and that was their excuse. Furthermore, the proprietor said that if we started eating the food we would have to pay the entire bill. The whole experience was terrible. My wife could not eat the food and sent it back. Luckily they did not charge her. We were here when it was Athena and we had no problems. This place will not be around much longer if the service and the food remains terrible."

"I love this place. I always get something simple, like soup and salad. I don't know how they taste such simple foods so delicious! It's so healthy. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants for lunch. You will love food, no question about it. It is really crowded and it is a tiny place so easy to be aware that. meter parking. Outdoor seating in beautiful weather. Even serve drinks. After you eat your healthy lunch, why not splurge on a deliciously baked good?! I'm so glad to live near this place!"

"Train your employees to have some sense of customer service. I understand you had a busy night but that?s why you?re in business, right? Just because you are still busy after closing doesn?t mean you should turn away customers. Your clerk Anna did exactly that. Instead of standing in the parking lot telling people to leave, she could have helped the rest of the staff serve all the customers. There are plenty of other Rita?s in the area and thanks to Anna, my family and friends will never be back to this one."

"Before a show in keswick theatre a reservation was required. they are closed Monday, but the most beautiful person answered the phone and gave me the bad news. I was going forward and asked where to go, where to be closed in a block. they spent 5 minutes to see other places that are open on Monday night and gave recommendations (because they didn't have to, I'm so remarkable they spent the time. I won't tell her name, but she was a joy."

"The fried goat cheese fritters blew my entire mind. Like I had a moment where I wondered what angelic, cullenary munchy master, made this? Like who tf was like you know what ... I'm gonna fry some goat cheese and it'll be delicious damn it and serve it with an onion berry jam. Its like a Martha S Snoop dog collabo . Overall my experience and service was prompt and attentive, respectively and my drinks were on point.You need to stop reading this and just go get some Fritters they're, bomb AF enjoy"
