"I was in Gorizia for business. Was recommended by my hotel to this restaurant for fish. Used to American tradition, I showed up there a little bit before 7:00 PM which is late for our dinner but the restaurant was closed. I knocked several times, it was finally opened, and the lady which I found out later is the chef, Michela, told me they will open at 7:30. Per my request, she let me sit in the restaurant, drank wine waiting for it to open at 7:30. Michela recommended me to try three appetizers, puntarelle con le acciughe, il baccala dn le triglie. All three were excellent, particular the baccala. I had baccala before but this was so good. For dinner, I had baked branzino which is sea bass. Again I had many branzino, grilled, baked in Italy and Croatia but MIchela cooked this sea bass so well and so tasty. Considering the hospitality of the chef and the excellent foods, I will definitely come back to this restaurant again."
