"We were on our way home from a driving trip to Lake Superior and thought we 'd try this place for a late lunch. Thank goodness for Waze because we almost didn 't find this little treasure of a spot. We decided to stay inside as it...was a little cool. The outside upper deck would have been great, but the view is also very good from inside. We both ordered the curried lentil soup and split an order of chicken wings. Both of us; he with his draught beer, and I with a nicely chilled glass of white wine, thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food and service was excellent, and the atmosphere was totally relaxing. We will come here again as we often take day drives around, and this is well within our reach for a lunch."

"Located on Georgian Bay, Narrows Grill is a family-style restaurant in Honey Harbour featuring a patio with a beautiful lake-side view. It is located in what used to be the Mackinaw Restaurant at the Delawana Inn and is accessible on foot (Delawana Resort) and by boat (Inner Channel). Items on the dinner menu include ribs, striploin, salmon, chicken linguine, ravioli, pork schnitzel, and fish & chips. Appetizers include egg rolls, calamari, nachos, soup, sandwiches, hummus with pita, and salads. We started with Caesar salad and garlic bread. My son and I each then had the steak and my daughter had the pasta. We all really enjoyed our meals; however, the service was extremely slow. And dessert (apple crisp) was less than satisfying as the restaurant ran out of ice cream. Seating at Narrows Grill is available both inside the restaurant and outside on a lake-side patio. I highly recommend the patio. It is nice watching all the boats. Note that not all patio tables have umbrellas. Bar seating is also available. Narrows Grill is open daily throughout the summer form 8:00 in the morning until 9:00 at night. Prices are fairly reasonable. Takeout is also available."

"Actually 0.3 I give. After ordering simple bar food, my poutins had to send back... they have several different options on the menu... You would expect a poutine in the value of the menu... Fries were cooked twice. We got our money back, but everything is under cooked and they don't even give wet naps or napkins for wings... apparently you just have to ask for these things when ordering finger food. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN DO NOT HERE!!! Chicken is barely cooked, with all the boats and people who go there, you would think they had a manager... not even said. And they can't spend their hours when the manager finally comes by. Apparently no owner. This is shocking, disgusting and a total injury to health."

"I would like to leave a good review, but we have eaten here for three years on vacation and it is always terrible. this year we had the black bohnenburger (awful,) hamburger (medicine) and chicken wings....Sauce was great, but the wings were super...small and there was nothing that came with them...no ranch dip or even veggie. service super slow."
