"Ate dinner with my husband and three teenagers. It was unusually hot that day and we had to beg for water (and never were told that we were not getting regular water but bottled water, at each Service was very slow. My husband ordered...an Hawaiian pizza and there was no pineapple, so they took the pizza, added a canned slice of pineapple and put it back in oven, which burnt the pizza and brought it back to us! By that time, we had been there so long, he just ate part of it. We were supposed to get a crepe for desert and never got it. Took forever to find someone to pay bill. Very sad as it could have been a good experience if the staff cared a little more."
