"You don't expect such quality, here in the mountains... meanwhile the chef Patron Vanessa starts with a nice mise en bouche, prepares the stomach with a nice salad and then delights me with a juicy steak with green pepper and black Cyprus salt. I understand that she belongs to the trade ... years of work in Rome have made her a black belt in carbonara, amatriciana and cacio e pepe ... if I knew beforehand, perhaps I tasted them!
