"Cocktails were amazing . Beer cold . BUT ! The food omg . So so so not worth the money . My daughter came after us and ordered a chips which was fine . The garlic bread was literally 2 x pieces of cut long loaf with garlic butter for $12.90 I was so shocked ! Will never eat here again ."

"My partner and I have been buying fish and chips from Banjos nearly every Sunday without fail. The last two times we have been majorly disappointed. The first disappointment everything was so greasy we couldn't eat it. The second time we thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt so we ordered again. I even told the guy about our last experience. We ordered Red Emperor at $12 per piece. This fish definitely wasn't red emperor it was so rubbery that we ended up throwing it out for the cat. There wont be a third time."

"A customer had brought me here when I last visited karratha, which turned out to be a good experience. this time I was waiting for a menu, then after ordering my meal and a drink, I waited for over 20 minutes to get the drink and when it appeared, it was not the beer I ordered. after my main meal no one came back to see if everything was in order with the meal. I had to fly the waitress to ask for the menu and another drink. When I asked about the dessert menu, the waitress said I would wait a past that disserts me from the order of one. this place needs more personal and they need to be better trained. I would accept it if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn't."

"We turned up and asked to sit outside. The waitress told us to 'here take these menus and sit'. We sat down, after about 15 minutes of being ignored, we flagged down a waitress. I ordered a bottle of red, she snatched the menu out of my hand and held it up to the light and wrote the order down on her arm. She then forgot about it. Another 15 minutes later, we flagged her down again and asked for the wine. We asked to move tables, which we did and it took her another 10 minutes to clear it for us, stating that her staff and her were 'too lazy to even clear tables'.She then continuously flirted with a table of middle aged men, in front of everyone- it was awkward to watch. Out food however did come out within the 40 minutes of ordering it, which was unexpected to be honest after hearing several other tables complain that their food had taken over an hour to arrive. The Penang curry was delicious, as were the chicken, water chessnut and prawn dim sims. I will not be returning, this is the third time I have been there and nothing is improving.The cost is absurdly expensive for what is a very standard menu."

"When they first opened, they had some big problems with the balance. never back. second chance. a little exaggerated in some of the sauces, but much better. good quality and they are generous. support a good family. the prices must be a bit clearer."
