"Good. Stopped in here for lunch with my wife on a Tuesday in August. It's not going to win any awards for most imaginative restaurant name, but I guess it gets its point across.<br>

I ordered the Charbroiled Pork & Egg Rolls Vermicelli and a bowl of the Thai's Hot & Spicy Soup. The soup was good and had a nice heat level. It wasn't too spicy to eat or anything drastic like that. The vermicelli entrée was good. Pork had a great flavor. My wife tried the Red Curry with Chicken and like it but thought it was too runny. I am not terribly excited about the food here and I'm not jumping up and down to come back here again soon, but they do serve good food. There's just better food at other places closer to where I live and work.<br>

One scary thing is that the bottle of Hoisin Sauce on the table said "Refrigerate After Opening" but was not refrigerated (we got here just after opening, so it would have still been cold) and it had expired on December 29, 2012 (18+ months...

"This review is for the dining side, we did not do the hibachi. The place is pretty small, which isn’t a problem, but if you have a larger group of 6+ calling ahead would be wise. We went on a Sunday night at around 6:30 or so. The server was friendly and we were seated quickly. The Hibachi side was full, but the dining side only had a handful of people.The food was hit or miss. Ginger salad was delicious and the clear soup was average. A few people ordered the dinner bento box and we all got different proteins. The chicken was pretty good and the beef was alright. Tempura was crispy and cooked perfectly. The teriyaki sauce that comes on the main protein was quite good and balanced in flavor. The gyoza were small and the flavor was kind of “meh”. I’ve had better. California rolls were average.Some people ordered other food, fried rice was reports as being delicious. Tonkatsu was also reported as being good. Hibachi chicken and steak was reported as average.There was a mysterious brown sauce on the plate that didn’t have much flavor and I felt made the gyoza it was poured over worse. There was also some poured with the sushi, so that was odd. Would be better to serve it on the side if anything. There was also another sauce that came in a bowl. It didn’t really taste like anything and didn’t add any flavor to what we dipped in it. I kind of wish it was teriyaki sauce or tonkatsu sauce instead. We got one box with salmon and it was overcooked and dry, resembling the texture of canned fish, which was disappointing. I felt the soy sauce at the table could have been a little more flavorful.The presentation of all the food was nice. Lights in the main dining area were a little on the dim side. Tables were clean and set up nicely with clean sauce dishes, an extra plate, a napkin, and cutlery. Overall my experience was closer to 3.5 stars. For the prices and overall vibe the place gives off, I was expecting better and some things fell short of that expectation, so I went with 3. If I came back, I’d order some of the more standard “safe” options. I would like to explore the menu a bit more, but the randomness of quality and flavor leaves me skeptical of other dishes."

"Pho was perfect, dumplings were great, small train mi was the perfect size. The only complaints were that the pad-thai could have been more peanut-y, and the spirouts looked a little rough. All in all, the food was fantastic and the server was very friendly."

"A co-worker and I went to Thai Orchards for lunch today during our 1 hour lunch break. The first impression I got was positive as the dining room looked clean and orderly. We promptly gave the waiter our order and he brought out our water and soft drink quickly. That is where my experience with Thai Orchards staff ended until the end of our visit.<br>

After waiting for 30 minutes with no word from the waiter and having two tables served who were seated after we were, my co-worker and I decided that we had given them enough of a chance. We stood up and got our coats on, on our way out we told the waiter that we had to leave and he just responded with 'OK'.<br>

I wish I could have tried their food but I guess I won't be getting that chance. The owner or manager needs to understand that when people are coming in for lunch on a workday, they need to be much faster (although I suspect that our order got lost somewhere since two other tables were served before we were and...
