"We were looking forward to see the movie (the Butler) at the great Lidingö SF movie theatre and we planned to go to the Jernet restaurant before. Said and done so we went to Jernet and we planned to take the famous Jernet burger but...that was not available...the entrecote was not on the menu anymore. Yes, of course it is alright to make a new menu but why remove something really good and is it really acceptable to be sold out on a popular dish early in the evening?! The Jernet restaurant has a long way to go to make me a happy customer and if there would be an alternative a bit closer it would take a miracle if I would go back. The Jernet restaurant has a unique position with a great customer base but they are not able to take advantage of those assets unfortunately. To be honest I was really close to grade the recent visit with only 2 out of 5 (poor) but that would not be fair because I do believe they are working hard to satisfy their customers. I would love to come back some day soon and be positively surprised."
