"At the beginning, the hotel has more paillote than a restaurant (the entrance door no longer closes, electricity falls on the ridge, ventilation and hoods consume 0W) but this is not what fills your stomach. On the plate there are only two dishes (meat or fish) and especially with fresh products of the day, desserts for gourmets! Everything for an appropriate budget. I've seen the address for years and I've never had any bad surprises."

"Arrivés tardivement un soir d'août et servis avec le sourire et rapidement!!une ambience jeune et décontracté, un cadre style brocante industrielle version route 66, sympathique.Le reps etait très correct : hamburgers avec une viande hachée maison, un fish and chips avec des frites fraiches!!"

"1h et demi d'attente pour un plat rechauffé.... quelle honte pour la cuisine française sui ne mérite pas cela. Amis touristes fuyez ce restaurant qui ne représente nullement la gastronomie que l'on vous vante.Dommage car la Brasserie Francotte (le nom précédent de ce restaurant) portait bien le drapeau de la gastronomie lyonnaise.Fuyez avant qu'il ne soit trop tard."

"We didn’t know the establishment at all, that we chose on the fork, so that it was not our surprise when we arrived and discovered the face of the chef already in real, there, who welcomes us and serves us, but also stamped everywhere, on flyers, books, so much so there is. it would seem that fabrice bonnot is known, hold it to you to say.Bref, the welcome is pleasant, the decoration is original and tasteful. we come to the menu and choose the formula at 67 euros, but I ask not to have mussels in one of the dishes and there: uncomfortable, the chef (who also plays the servers but who forgets the cocktails that he has vanished seems upset by my request but eventually make me understand that he will access it, without we being sure. The reaction is curious and unheard of.For dishes, everything is delicious, it is a florilège of succulent dishes that we enjoyed: the sauce with the mussels was replaced for an orange sauce to my full satisfaction and gratitude. everything succeeds in a sustained and pleasant rhythm, no useless slowness. the wines offered are in perfect agreement with the flavors. The only flat we have found is the quantity: very generous (on the emulsion of the egg it is becoming annoying one. We finish this pleasant meal repused and happy! and wish to thank the [real] sommelier for his finesse and humour."
