"There's no shortage of places to find a great steak in Monteria, as it is famous for the rancheros that make up much of Cordoba. El Correo y Amada has earned it's marks. The meats at our table were all sumptuous and flavorful. I honestly think that their 200gm portions were quite conservatively estimated as our table was very full at meal's end. Service is very friendly and helpful a full bar was appreciated for before dinner drinks and the wines were reasonably priced. The restaurant itself is comfortable and informal. Food is served promptly and hot although one can linger and enjoy the conversation after the plates have been cleared. Like most meals in Colombia from a US$ perspective, this is a bargain. Enjoy some of the great flavors of Colombia."

"WOW! This restaurant has a great atmosphere, excellent service and the food is five star. My wife and I were invited to enjoy a wonderful dinner with her family. From the time we entered until the time we left the entire experience was excellent. We first ordered some wine which was wonderful. We then had a few different appetizers. First class presentation of the food and the taste was out of this world. The Chef came out to meet us and asked us how the food was. Very friendly! My wife ordered one of the fish dishes and I ordered teriacki chicken topped in melted blue cheese with a fried rice. The taste of the food was unique and absolutely perfect. The food was very fairly priced and the portions were just perfect. Very highly recommended when visiting Monteria, Colombia!!!!"

"Es un bonito restaurante, bien ubicado al frente del sendero del Río Sinú, en un lugar tranquilo y buena ventilación. Nos atendieron super bien, nos sirvieron la comida rápido, una excelente porción de bocachico y muy delicioso todo, por tan solo $25.000 y con barra de limonada. Fueron muy amables, siempre atentos y si dueño estuvo pendiente de que tuviésemos una buena experiencia en el lugar. Recomendado!!!"

"Un muy buen lugar para disfrutar de la comida típica cordobesa. Bocachico en viuda, frito, al cabrito. En cualquiera de sus presentaciones es simplemente delicioso, acompañado de arroz de coco, y agua panela. Si vienes a montería pasate obligatoriamente por aquí."

"When I came in, there was no one who welcomed me. Then I realized that the person who was supposed to take my order was lunch with other people in one of the tables. I was a little confused, I actually had to ask if he was a guest or a server. Anyway, I got my table, and I'll order a bomb cocktail and a juice. The juice was a little too sweet, but the cocktail was very good, a little small. After a while I ordered a cazuela criolla. These tasted very good, the shrimps in the shell had a texture, the way indicates that they were not frozen, which was very good. The rice that comes with the cazuela could be presented more beautifully."
