"The service was good it must be said, but we're not rushing back. The fish and chips was ok, but not great and this is Hobart, where really good fish and chips should be possible. But it was ok. My husband's scallop pie he reported was ok, but not in the same street as others he had tried. You can eat in, which we did, and it was clean and comfortable, and reasonably priced."

"This is a delightful little local eatery offering good Korean food. I was so pleased to have access to Korean fare, which is a slightly different take on Asian food. The Bimbimbap was great, as are the prawn and ginger dumplings, the miso soup, the tofu dishes, the fish stew etc, etc. as you may have guessed we've been a few times since they've opened. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and the service is smiling and willing. Truly a find this is great value for money, that you'd normally refer to as cheap eats. But it's better than that!"

"We were with vanidol several times and enjoyed their food each time. they lost our patronage after our last visit and we will not go back. this time we have broken our bill for 5 to work individual contributions and realized that 3 out of 5 meal times between $2-3 were advertised more than in the menu. when we pointed it to the waiter, it did not seem surprised at all. we ask ourselves how often this happens"

"After moving to Melbourne 3 years ago, I'm always looking forward to try new restaurants and cafes when I visit home. Grief
I went here on Saturday night with my parents and was really surprised. The food was great, I loved the Mexican decor / atmosphere and overall was great impressed. But was pretty loud, so if you warn after a quiet dinner, then warned. Grief
After visiting Mexico when I was in my teenagers, I get so sick of generic "confused Mexican", the sons of Baja really with large flavors and true Mexican dishes, with something modern twist. Grief
The drawn pork Taco was my favorite, but the whole food was incredible! Grief
We shared Mexican street corn, corn chips and hummus, rocksteak and sweet potatoes, and then I had the pork taco, and one of the Baja Fish Tacos, which were super delicious, and the fish was well seasoned and fried. Grief
My father tried the lamb Quesadilla, which was super tender and tasteful, and she also shares the oysters mentioned in dad ...

"On entering found it to be very spacious with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and were eager to assist with a couple of the requests made. The menu has a good range on offer to suit any of your Thai or Indonesian favourites. The drink menu also had quite a bit to choose from. The food came in good time and served up with even more friendly service. The size of both the entree and main meal were more than adequate to fill me up and as for price...was definitely value for what I paid."

"Meals were overpriced and not particularly delicious. Chips and vegetables cost extra in most cases. They try to justify the cost with a little creative Arty Farty with ingredients, including simply a vegetable or ingredient on the menu with its French name.... I guess they want to differ from your average pub, but at our party it wasn't worth the money. On the plus side the staff were friendly and attentive."
