"Today I visited the patio as I often do for a coffee or a meal and they have a card service that accumulates points and consequently can be used to buy free products such as ice cream. Today I asked for a breading in exchange for the points as I had asked before because I 've been to this place many times, and I asked if I could add a glass of drink (extra to the breading (because I always ask for that extra glass when I eat something like a dog, toast, bitoque, etc... the owner of the establishment was very rude and arrogant and replied Don 't you think you are being abused? We are already offering you things etc... it is not the first time that the workers of this establishment they are arrogant with customers and this was just another example."

"The owner became very aggressive when, after complaining, getting nowhere, paying the bill and then asking for the complaint book, He refused. I was eventually returned my money. I left 10 euros for the wine and bread. The abuse from the aggressive owner continued outside the restaurant and, had there not been other guests outside I believe he would have became physical. I have eaten there MANY times over the years and will NOT be going back. If you have a bad experience here do not expect to receive anything other than abuse and aggression! Even though we didn 't eat our meals I would have 'accepted ' a bit of discount and been on my way. The attitude of the owner and waitress who actually said normally the prawns and squid are rarer than this , the ONLY way they could have been rarer would have been if they were still swimming in the ocean!!!"
