"I chose wildfire grill for a special birthday party and called a week before to see if they could take a party of 13 that they could. the day before our reservation I called to see if it was okay that we had a birthday. Bringing a cake to the restaurant was said and that they would see us for dinner the next day. at the arrival they had no record of our reservation. someone said we will see what we can do and had the demeanor that we somehow showed them that they expect a seat for a party of 13. I had 9 members of my family who appeared in 5 minutes to dinner, they brought out the usa! a woman approached and asked when she think she called her for a reservation? I said I know I called a week ago to confirm and ask if I could bring a cake. I checked on my handy to make sure that I didn't call the wrong number and I had actually called the wildfire grill. no confirmation of a miss, no apologies, no discounts or peace offer on the bill and no departure from the personal. the only saving gnade was our server, roberto, and eating was pretty good. go for eating, they don't go if they have to count on getting their act together. very disappointing."

"A group of us decided to go to the Sonara Room to celebrate a milestone birthday. The experience was superb from start to finish. We were warmly greeted as we arrived and introduced to our server for the evening Sydney. The food selections we chose did not disappoint from the featured seared/tuna with lentils to the lamb and beef menu items. Our pre-ordered dessert was an over the top experience - thank you pastry chef Katerina! After enjoy a kraft cocktail we selected the 2014 Syrah to go with our meals - absolutely exquisite wine this is! We thoroughly enjoyed our evening."

"Patty absolutely fantastic; got our orders promptly with a smile, professional.Bolognese spaghetti absolute delicious, wife’s fettuccine seafood also a winner. Huge portions for leftovers.Tiramisu also good though a tad sweet mushy and the ladyfinger not infused like I’ve seen previously but still worth ordering.Loved how they were still accommodating when we arrived 25min to closing but bring an Italian resto, surr they still allow you to hang past 8pm closing time.Only negative: not Amex approved."

"I had the lasagna and a spicy cesar. The lasagna wasnt very flavourful or rich, not much to it, if prefer my own homemade lasagna or boston pizzas lasagna, but the spicy cedar was amazing! My friends had all gotton some form of pasta and all stated was alright, nothing rich and flavourful or something to crave again. A nice place to try out, but I wouldnt go back again. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind, the service was good, although it took an hr to get our food ~7pm).Kid-friendliness: My daughter road her scooter to the restaurant and they were kind and allowed her to leave it at the front entrance. My friend was able to bring her stroller out on the patio area as well."

"The view from the Greenside Grill at Osoyoos Golf Course is incredible. We sat on the patio and it was gorgeous, but it appeared that all the tables inside had very nice views as well. The menu is also great, with a wide variety and generous portions. The nachos could have been layered a bit better with cheese and veggies but overall very good. This is a very nice restaurant inside and out. We had been to the Oliver Golf Course the day before for lunch and found the ambience at the Greenside Grill to be better."

"Ordered the curry vegetables and chicken tikka masala. Taste was pleasant, seemingly without too much fat or ghee, nor sodium added. Kind of like eating a fairly healthy home-made meal. The spiciness was just perfect, and the naan bread was good too. Also, the masala chai was good. The serving size was probably a bit small, more so for the vegetarian dish. But I prefer not to eat til stuffed anyway. The owner comes across a bit defensive in the conversation/interacting with the customer area -just have to be a people person when working in this type of business to keep them coming back. There's not much for authentic decor (which would probably better define the place as an Indian cuisine restaurant.) Overall, we would go back when feeling the desire for good Indian food."
