"Very warm, welcoming service in charming country inn. We Americans were treated as well as the locals dining there. Our third time here in recent years - we have very high expectations and were more than pleased. Food is beautifully and creatively presented and most delicious.Wonderful amuse bouches of a marinated seafood tartare, guacamole with crab, and tapenade with a peanut cream topping. Starter of quinoa salad and salmon with an excellent citrus dressing. Main course of perfect beef steak accompanied by artichokes, grilled peaches, aubergines, and celeriac purée. Outstanding dessert of a chef reconstructed peach Melba, followed by a large assortment of excellent mignardises. Every dish prepared perfectly, and served flawlessly."
