"I just went to have dinner in a group of 12. First of all they didn 't even ask for the green pass (which here is compulsory when you are indoors). Then we waited for over an hour for our food and no one asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything. When the food arrived, there was food that was missing and some of it wasn 't even cooked. Suddenly the light went off (which can happen anywhere, but no one apologised or tried to calm down the customers). When we went to pay, we waited for almost half an hour. They included the missing food in the bill and when we tried to explain them what was going on they started shouting saying that the money was fair, that we were wrong and when we insisted they started to shout saying not just because you are customers it means you are right and other insults. At the end, they made us pay for everything even what we hadn 't gotten and the owner was very violent with us all even though we tried to explain it calmly. I 'm really sorry that I had to get to the point to write a review on Tripadvisor but we 've tried to explain everything to the owner with our best manners and he didn 't make any effort to listen to us. Really disappointed."
