"Nicely furnished but very loud. we were there for a 4-course candle-light dinner with a groupon coupon.Every fish or meat. no choice for individual courses and no flexibility.The quality of the courses was still satisfactory. the bark carpaccio was not good. the slices too thick, all with too much lemon and the meat quality was not great either. the complaint of my wife to this gang was overheard by the waiter. the second floor consisted of panzerotti with cheese and spinach filling in stone mushroom sauce. was really good and the highlight of the menu. after that dead-fried pork medals with pfeffer sauce and to finish as desserts a small piece of a torte from the pie grease. Although much personal but some obviously overwhelmed with the hospitality of guests.The restaurant seems to us little suitable for a beautiful romantic candle-light dinner."

"In expectation we went to the restaurant. the first impression was in the frame. prompt operation, small appetizer (baguette with aioli). I ordered a mixed grill fish plate and my partner a steak. before eating we got small salad with delicious homemade sauce. then the main court came. my fish without lemon slice, which I would survive. Unfortunately, the fish was only gedified with a few dark strips of the grease. from taste, very fade and dry. for me absolutely inappropriate. the steak of my friend was fried English, where was not asked how it should be done. in the Actually, we went to a good place to eat and were quite disappointed."

"We were there for dinner with 6 people. the table was beautifully covered and our order was quickly received. the prosecco was decorated with a strawberry. our food (grilled vegetables as an appetizer - 2 x meat - 4 x fish as a main dish) was fresh and very tasty. all were very satisfied. the service is very friendly and fast and overall there is a rather family atmosphere. we have been here several times and we are happy to come back."

"In Reck to support the local pro basketball team CityBasket Recklinghausen. Covered all the restaurants in town this one was definitely up there!... (along with the Italian restaurant next door)... Nice dinner after game accommodated larger group and stayed open late for us. Great service. Great food. On pricey side for us, but...worth the splurge. I had the duck which was fabulous. Chef does nice job of blending flavors and creating interesting/satisfying combinations. We'll be back Go Citybasket!"
