"Eigentlich wollten wir heute ins Himalaja in Remscheid, aber dort gibt es mittags kein Buffet. Also spontan mal in den Ratskeller der ja nun nach Umbau ein chinesisches Buffet anbietet. Also die Räumlichkeiten sind nicht wieder zu erkennen. Mir gefällt die klare offene Einrichtung sehr gut. Einziges Manko die Räume sind sehr hellhörig. Heute an einem Dienstag war das Restaurant gut besucht und das Essen war erstaunlich lecker. Alles was wir probiert haben hat gut geschmeckt und wir besuchen das Restaurant auf jeden Fall wieder. Im Anbetracht des Preises von 8,50 € für das Mittagsbuffet und das es wirklich lecker war von uns die volle Punktzahl. Weiter so!"

"For us this is a delicious Italian with a familial flair that we have been happy to visit for years. The appetizer plate and the Vitello Tonnato is great. We also like the pizzas, even if the floor could be thinner. Good soul in the restaurant is Raffaele Carbone, which is also common, although the restaurant has been run by his son Sebastiano for a few years. We are and remain regular guests, our little piece of Italy in Ronsdorf. Operation, even if there have been changes in the last 2 years, always accommodating and good. Go on."

"Very delicious tapas. Nice and fast service. Very attentive. All tapas cost fantastic. We had a voucher, so sure a special menu of tapas. Otherwise, certainly more choice. We're coming back!"

"My mom and I are always on the look out for restaurants, that have a certain authenticity when it comes to the presentation of their menu, so when she suggested a Syrian restaurant close to her swimming club that she had frequented before I was rather skeptical. Alas!!! To my surprise, the food was amazing (top notch the aromas, the blend of spices decadent. It’s a bit hidden but not hard to find. One of the only restaurants to try in this area."

"After a terrible experience in another restaurant we called essence' z and asked if they could press our group from 8 to dinner. on a Saturday night at 19 o'clock we knew that this was an unrealistic question, but they could bring us happy! when we arrived, we were taken to a private room where the decor and atmosphere was festive and welcoming! it was a real joy to be there. the waiting staff was incredible. they expected our needs and never left a glass blank. the food was delivered efficiently and the dishes immediately removed. the waiter looked at me as if I were royal thinking because I am the only English redner. he gave me the English menu (without being requested) and explained everything to me in English after his German talk. all this was the cherry and cream on what was an amazing meal! the gänse was incredible, and we all cleaned our tellers and went to the dining room. thanks to an essence’z! it was a perfect evening and made for an amazing family dinner. I would highly recommend to anyone who travels and go to essence". z for a night out! it won't disappoint!"
