"We were hugely disappointed after seeing other people's great reviews for this establishment. The staff were disinterested from the moment we arrived and either couldn't, or weren't interested in having any form of conversation beyond taking our order. I had a Caribbean Mocktail which was essentially slightly curdled pineapple juice and cream with a dash of blue coloured syrup. Whilst they assured me it was the right texture it was unappealing. We ordered the burger nice , tempura prawns definitely not in tempura batter the other prawn dish luke warm and definitely not made with fresh prawns , and chips cold in places . Oh, and olives which they didn't have. The 3 card machines weren't working. This place looks as though it is more of a seafront bar and may be a fabulous place to go in the evenings, but if you're out for a nice afternoon lunch with your family I recommend going somewhere else."

"Delivery was around 30 mins late. Fish was over battered. Lacked taste. The fish was cold and all round just not tasty. Chips were soggy and a bit grey. Ordered onion rings and got given pickled onions."
