"Passing through the area I made a special trip out for the Friday Fish Fry. The fish was really tasty with a light crisp breading and tasty fish (haddock I think). Sides were uneventful and the coleslaw was so sweet it was inedible for me, but the fritters were delicious. I?d say you really come here for the throwback atmosphere that elevates a 3 star review to a 4."

"They get one star only because the don't allow for a zero star rating. The lack of a hostess or acknowledgement of our presence or even a sign letting us know to seat ourselves is bad enough. But coupled with the fact that it doesn't matter whether you wait to be seated or you seat yourself is irrelevant- since there was not a single worker there who acknowledged our presense- either at the restaurant entryway for 5 minutes or after we sat ourselves and waited 15 minute; it didn't matter as nobody acknowledged us. It could be because they feel that they already have enough business- so they don't need mine or yours either? Or they just don't like Hispanics? Either way, this outrageous behavior is unacceptable- so we won't be back. AVOID!! You have been warned."

"We 've gone for breakfast before and it was very nice. This time my husband and I decided to try their dinner service for date night. We were very favorably impressed! I had the short ribs, my husband had the fish. Both were tasty and beautifully plated. The service was top-notch. Prices were also very good. We never get dessert but kind of had to as everything looked so good in the case. I had a wonderful coconut cream pie (which is hard to get right between the fluffy topping and the denser cream base). You can see that they are really trying to create a more upscale atmosphere. We will definitely go again."

"For 2 decades I've said the best pizza I've ever had is at a place in Lake Geneva. That all changed on March 1st 2024. Riviera Bowl Pizzeria has incredible pizza. I can't wait to try what else they have."

"Right off the bat the place has had a bit of a rough start but they are making a comeback. They still have things to improve on for sure though. Through that they they have good food! I had the Wisconsin i think it was called(? . It's the one with pork and chicken. It was pretty good! The bun was delicious and so was the meat! However I would have liked more veggies to balance it out a bit. The meat overpowered the other flavors but it wasn't bad it was a good taste. I didn't really understand what was going to be on it. Would be nice if they had a take out menu with more in-depth information about the menu because the one posted is not super helpful for first and second time guests. Thank goodness for nice staff."
