"On July 8, 2022, tried to call (513)834-8607) three times. Their phone did not ring. Drove there ordered salad from take-out window. Took it home and the 'Cob Salad ' ordered with a substitution of grilled shrimp for chicken was a bed of dry lettuce with 5 cold shrimp. Went in next day, July 9, 2022, and ate in with same order. No problem there. Talked to manager about to go order. His response was, if I had called that night, he may have been able to give me a credit. Again, their phone was turned off that night. Have been to restaurant less than 10 times and have had a serious problem three times."

"Loveee great customer service! Food is to die for! delivered hot! Great job I’m happy. my baby is picky and she ate twice lol talking about ooh mommy more please lol will be a consistent customer most def can’t wait til my husband taste this food lol ? ?Kid-friendliness: I appreciate the care and love put into this food so much even though she didn’t have a kids menu we made it work!!!"

"Went in today (couple days before Christmas) to just get a couple things to order. They were beyond backed up with pick up orders and you could tell the owner and staff were frustrated, but the workers stepped up and got all of the walk in orders taken care of instead of giving walk-ins a hard time. One worker went above and beyond and I didn't get his name, but he was told not to do custom orders but found time to get everyone exactly what we needed rather than just pre packed. This place has always delivered high quality stuff and would highly recommend checking them out."

"Found this place on Yelp decided to try it out. The service is weak but the pizza was good. We ordered from the counter as everyone does... the girl didn't know what type of beer they had and was less than enthusiastic to be there...she walked me across the room to look in the beer fridge. There wasn't that much beer variety so a simple note with the beer available next to the register would work. I gave her a good tip when we purchased since I know food service doesn't pay well and I did this job as a teen so I always tip well. When our pizza and zucchini strips arrived I asked for plates. She pointed to where they were located at...little to no effort on the customer service. If you want decent pizza go if you are looking to be waited on at all forget it. I would tell this young lady a little goes a long way if you want to make decent money. My Lesson learned on my good tip wait to see if you actually get service before tipping."
