"We stumbled upon this hidden gem on our way to Kemah Boardwalk from the Space Center Houston and OMG!! Everything we ordered was FIRE! Tori behind the counter was super helpful and friendly. She suggested the red velvet waffle option when we couldn't decide which to go with in our chicken and waffle order, and boy was she right! The super crispy cheese curds are a MUST order! And so are the fried pork rinds ; They were still popping when she put them on our table! There were 3 of us and too many things we wanted to try, so we ordered 2 appetizers, one meal and one vegetarian side sampler that came with choice of 3 sides, corn bread and sweet plantains. It was perfect and I highly recommend that approach because you'll get to sample as much of this amazing menu as possible! So yourself a favor and DON'T PASS THIS PLACE UP!!"

"Wow. My girlfriend and I ate here twice this week while on vacation. Each meal was amazing. The staff are awesome. The seafood chowder and lobster roll are absolutely amazing, and I could easily eat either one for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would recommend 12 Ocean Grill to anyone looking for great food and reasonable prices. Keep up the great work 12 Ocean Grill."

"The waitresses are always rude...they always make us wait at the table even though sometimes they are unoccupied...a bad experience with a young blonde waitress of medium height...she served table #BT4...but on the payment receipt Another person appears who is not the one who served the table... my complaint is about the woman on Friday night, October 6 of this year, 2023... I think we will not return to that restaurant... it's a shame because the food is good"

"Went there Saturday for a reunion. Should have gone to Browns across the street. Clams tasted old scallops and haddock was ok. For 33.95 a plate better off just getting scallops or going elsewhere. There is no handicap ramp but handicap parking. So for some with walkers or walking boots the stairs were awful. Maybe NH handicap laws are different compared to Massachusetts. "The first time I went they gave me the wrong item initially and when I mentioned it the item was replaced without question. I’ve been several times since. The portions are generous and the food is great. However, they neglect to mention they have the best pizza in town. It’s my go to pizza place when I’m in Seabrook. Atmosphere is a sub shop so it’s not a dog just nothing fancy. Food: 5"

"I have been to many 99 restaurants. This restaurant needs an upgrade. Its worn. I had soup as it was perfect for the chilly wet weather we were experiencing. The crackers were open. I choose not to eat them. My dads crackers were stale. Silverware knife was dirty didn't use it. Soup cld have been hotter. Chicken Sandwich, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Chicken was way smaller for the bun. Probably wold not go back to this 99."
