"Never been here before but was recommended. We weren't given a menu when we were shown to our table, we had to get someones attention to request one. Waited quite a long time for our order to be taken, but the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We originally ordered the 4 wave menu, but after wave 1 requested it be changed to the 2 wave one, which they did accomodate. The first wave was nice, a meze board, but the second was disappointing. A massive bowl of shrimp crackers, cheap cuts of meat, some rice. Cost £30 per head which I thought was way over priced. We sat upstairs and the corner we were sat in was so dark you could hardly read the menu or see what you were eating. I would return to try a different dish, but request to sit downstairs"

"Having moved to the area recently we visited as a family and ordered several rounds of drinks as the pub is on convenient walking distance. Asides from having zero atmosphere, the service we received was appalling. We ordered a round of drinks at 7.20pm to be told at 7.30pm that we needed to leave and drink outside as they were closing. Not only did we receive a rude response from the owner when we informed him that that was an unreasonable request, he had the audacity to claim that we should have known they were closing and would be expected to leave. We will not be returning until new owners inevitably take over due to lack of custom."
