"Perfect! the beautiful location, both inside the courtyard and the one on the street, romantic and intimate. the staff very kind, excellent food, quality raw materials and excellent preparations. We stayed in this little restaurant myself and my boyfriend, on holiday in ortigia, and after being there the first night we fell in love and we immediately returned the next day for my birthday dinner: we ate some fresh raw fish, goose and rich fried pumpkin flowers, spaghetti with clams, and cutlets with anchovy chopping the first evening (with truffle the second) that were really special! we also tasted the octopus, tender and tasty, and the sweet: on the first evening the typical good cannolo, the ricotta was fresh, the crispy leaf prepared by them. the second night I was surprised with a chocolate candy and coffee with a lot of candle for my birthday! We will definitely return when we come to ortigia. super super recommended."

"We truly love this place and we came back so many times. Tables are simple and ambient like a real Italian osteria, but fish is delicious and every plate is made with love and true knowledge of the tradition. We had this time a fantastic aretusea pasta, fish caponata and the delicious dates with marzipan. We higly reccomend when is available lampuga with white wine or spatola fish. The owners close in summer as they only serve the most fresh fish. Priceless."

"Food is not something they pay attention to. Pasta with anchovies contained only one anchovy and hardly more sauce. Alla Norma was also slightly covered with sauce, that's it. Not much taste at all. The place looks better than they cook."
