"To take it right away. The “Dionysos” was a disappointment for us and we will not try our luck again. We were there on the basis of a recommendation, with four people on a Sunday for lunch and simply cannot understand the very positive internet reviews about the “Dionysos” (naja, weren’t many and are already a little longer). As friends of Greek cuisine and compared to other Greek restaurants, we did not like the food this day at all. The Gyros from the Rhodes plate was simply too dry, not crispy and also without the typical Gyros taste from the spine, it tasted as if it had been warmed up in the pan. My bifteki with sheep cheese – which I had not found at all – was filled with tomatoes and peperoni, which I do not like at all and also do not know from other Greek restaurants. This is not for me the praised “Greek Gratitude”. If tomatoes and peppers are in it, this must also be recognizable from the map. The only positive was the service, the Philoxenia (hospitality) and the prices. We agreed that it was a mistake to try lunch in the “Dionysos”. Only good that there are more much better Greek restaurants in Stadthagen and surroundings."

"In short: very good food (we had pasta, fish) too very reasonable trips (about 11-15€ per main course), excellent service, cozy/elegant facility, among others suitable for romantic dinner/special occasions: I had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant small symphony (passing name) on the occasion of my birthday! and we enjoyed it very much. to eat is homemade bread with homemade butter and a good olive oil, as well as an amuse gueule. as an appetizer we had bruschetta and a carrot ginger soup, as a main course penne with Gorgonzola sauce, huh and tomaten (a dream)! and the daily dish with redbarsch. the quality of the ingredients was high and everything was fried/prepared on the point and tastefully combined. the portions are very sweet, which is why unfortunately we have not made any desserts anymore (of course, according to the day card and from the clamg very appealing). the waitress was extremely sympathetic and accommodating and has contributed to the beautiful evening. the prices were very appropriate in terms of quality and portion sizes (approximately € 11 - 15 for one main course). the restaurant is interior modern furnished, clean and very cozy. in time for reservation, I could also imagine that a longer board could be created for several people. wein was not drunk, but there was a large selection from an extra air-conditioned wine room. we plan to visit the next and thank you for an unforgettable evening!"
