"I had no expectations and I was stunned! By far the best food I had in Stavanger and probably in Norway. If very innovative, no option to choose, but who needs when all served was impeccable. The wine selection dogs do not meet the food standard, but I will still give this place the highest ratings."

"Some really excellent dishes. we arrived on time, but our table was not ready for another 15 minutes. the food was really well cooked, but once we had to ask for the bread and once the cutlery was not brought for one of the courses. that's probably because they were really busy. the lamb, fish, longustine and profitable were really excellent. some really beautiful presentations too."

"Great concept: local products, highly ambitious. bad design: very expensive, moderate quality eating. kellner made strange commentary. drink package is a mix of weak cocktails and tiny wine glasses, not always big pairings. my friend who does not drink was asked about drinks or alcohol-free alternatives with all seven cures. at the end he was quite tired to say no thanks."

"Stars for fine atmosphere Blåskjell not much taste Horrible potatoboat, is it normal for brown 'fries ' instead of golden? It tasted little bit over burned of the potato skin, i think it is because of too high oil temperature"

"We had an excellent meal at Renaa the lamb was especially good. Paid 1.700 NOK for two for four courses (not the set menu) including a bottle of wine. Only reason they’re not getting 5 stars is that they had run out of half...the items on the quite short menu no fish dish, seafood platter, oysters or cauliflower. What they did have, however, was very, very good."

"What could be a classic/rustic/farmhouse eatery is turned into a dark old pub style with burgers and pizzas on the menu. While other places were full (also out on the waterfront) this was empty. We thought it was just timing but NOPE. Well in need...of a fresh up and owners that want to distinguish themselves rather than just being another Norwegian burger/pizza restaurant. Slow service, small tables, expensive (not value for money) food, dirty floors. Disappointed when we left wish we went to any other place."

"First the booking system was very simple and effective. parking lot and access very well. the next meal. if they are really destined, they can probably find better sushi in japan for example. but do not make a mistake, that is very good value...for money. the quality is above average and the variation is just right for the “Pick and Mix” and “Step back for more” concept. finally the high point. we were six in the extended family with four adult and two children. it is rare that you experience this, and even less often that I write it: the service from beginning to end was excellent. I hope the management is aware of what an asset stina is. she smiled and welcoming, great with the made the visit extra special for adults and children. not only during our visit. we left something in the restaurant and she had called us and written before we even made it back to the car. thank you stina. you did our day!"
