"Had an excellent experience here. The food was very authentic Italian and made fresh.The sausage ravioli,risotto and vodka penne were all cooked to perfection. The tiramisu is a must have one of the best I have ever had. Visited the weekend of December"

"When the hospital cafeteria is higher rated than Anke and Tony's you know something is wrong. Been to this place many times, and it is well worth the visit. Always a struggle to figure out if I'll be eating the Fish and Chips or something...from the Thai side. The green curry is my favourite is so far. If you're using TripAdvisor's ratings to figure the best to worst restaurants, don't. Skip the hospital cafeteria (as well as several other joints listed above this one) and make your way to Anke and Tony's."

"This is a local favorite. Excellent offers here. High quality and the appetizers are delicious. It's a must try if you like fish and chips. Very friendly service too. On Wednesday there is a special surfing and lawn, which is very much. Poutine, pimple spear, escargots, roast cod, salads, it was all very good. It's been here many times and will return."

"My husband choose Red Lobster for his birthday dinner. We were both disappointed. They changed their menu recently and removed everything he generally orders. The stuffed mushrooms were loaded with cheese which was nothing special. Our mains consisted of overcooked salmon for me with colossal...shrimp that was tasteless and a seafood and linguine for my husband. He wasn't happy with his meal. The meal was over $100 and we were not impressed. The waitress was very attentive and she was well tipped for her effort. Unfortunately we likely won't be going back for a long time."

"What a great place to test 100% halal food in this area. I loved their Fried rice with 2 Aloo Tikki also all the other food was delicious."

"I bet this was the place to be seen 40 years ago. I also bet the menu, decor, and tablecloths were the same. When I see sauteed mushrooms, I shudder.My New York strip looked like it had been pounded then fried. I think this because it had the texture of minute steak. Flavour was there but the eyes eat first.I don't get how this place is so highly rated. The Keg we drove by would have been a better option and will be next time.The wine selection is too small and forced us to select the best of the worst.Get with the times or close the doors."
