"Service was awful. Food was cold and overcooked. Everyone who was waiting on food was complaining about the wait time including myself). They've changed the fish. One piece we got when I checked my food before leaving with it was so small I literally laughed out loud at it right there at the counter. I'm done with Captain D's in Tifton!"

"I called in a rib dinner today, the old lady that answered the phone wasn’t very friendly, I almost decided not to order after the 4 minute hold, then her manner but ordered anyways Got there and my ribs were dryer than I liked so I asked if I could get fresher ribs and was told that they all were cooked this morning and there aren’t any fresher ribs So I asked for a refund The chef and old lady decided to call the owner who also refused to give me a refund but offer me “fresher” ribs!!! They had just told me they had no fresher ribs How can you refuse a customer a refund if they no longer want food that isn’t up to their standards?????????? Crooks!!!! Never would recommend a place that chooses money over satisfying a customer or returning them their hard earned money if they don’t want your nasty food!!! "A bit disappointed by this place visited with a group of 9 on Thursday night. the situation was not very busy at that time, but we were still faced with a 20-minute waiting. (not a big thing, I expect big groups to take a bit of time to wait) eating took about 30 minutes to get out. the server came by at 3 locations to apologize for the delay and make sure we needed nothing else. my biggest disappointment was in the food. the chicken and noodle with spiced apples and Mac cheese ordered on the side. my order came only with 3 small pieces of chicken about 3-4 inches long. they were cooked according to the same standards as any other location. knödel were undercalculated and chew and the engraving was super thin and watery. the other person in my party who ordered the chicken dumplings had the same experience and served a much smaller part. the rest of the party seemed to have no problems with their eating."

"Stopped in headed home to Atlanta. Fast service with a smile. It is really an express hibachi and sushi restaurant. The dining area is very small with a few tables. It is definitely worth the stop.
