"Small square a bit from the center of the city (10 car minutes from the train station toyama.) small restaurant with sushi balls constantly attract delicious teller of sushi. the transport belt was full of delicious tasty. the chef was extremely helpful considering that our poor command is Japanese. the sushi was fresh and very tasty. there was also free mix, tee and water. they need to ask for the wash from the cook if they need more, but the sushi had all the right amount of washabi. I highly recommend the white garnel sushi, the firefly squid sushi and the big prawn sushi. there are not many hot foods, though so for those who do not enjoy sushi then this does not try the restaurant. the prices were also reasonable. highly recommended."

"Visited 2021/11. Kazuhiko Ohta's 100 famous taverns are also listed, so I visited because I was curious. Below is a review of each dish. Through Tofu Ankake Tofu with a gentle soy sauce-flavored ankake, which is a bit different from a mere cold tofu. Wasabi is also a nice accent. Assorted sashimi (for 2 people Snow crab, kelp tightening, scallop, mackerel, Spanish mackerel, red sea bream. Personally, it was good that the mackerel was oiled. The roasted Spanish mackerel was exquisite, and I enjoyed the unique fluffy texture of the Spanish mackerel. Kakiage of red sea bream and tree child It was the best personally. The ankake has the same soy sauce flavor as the regular one. The autumn-like tree child and Japanese-style ankake match and are delicious. I thought it would be even better if there was a little more true flavor. Fried fish I felt the elasticity probably because I used fresh white meat. Fisherman rice Order at 〆. A dish of sashimi cut into small pieces, sprinkled on rice, and sauced like mentsuyu. It was good to be able to eat it as lightly as Ochazuke, but the impression was that I could have enjoyed it more if the contents of the sashimi were different from the assortment. (Original 2021/11 訪問。 太田和彦さんの居酒屋百名山にも名を連ねているとのことで、気になったため訪問。 以下、各料理のレビューです。 お通し お豆腐のあんかけ 単なる冷奴、とは一味違い、優しい醤油味のあんかけがかかったお豆腐。わさびもいいアクセント。 お造り盛り合わせ(2人前 ズワイガニ、昆布締め、帆立、〆鯖、さわら、真だい盛られた一品。個人的に鯖が油が乗っており良かった。さわらの炙り具合が絶妙で、さわら独特なふわふわした食感が楽しめた。 真だいと木の子のかき揚げ 個人的に一番良かった。あんかけはお通しの物と同じしょうゆ風味。秋らしい木の子と、和風あんかけがマッチしてて美味。真だいの風味がもう少しあるとなお良いと思った。 すり身揚げ 新鮮な白身を使用しているからか、弾力を感じた。 漁師飯 〆に注文。刺身を小さくカットし、ご飯にかけ、めんつゆのようなタレがかかった一品。お茶漬けのようにさらっと食べられて良かったが、お刺身の内容が盛り合わせと違っていたらもっと楽しめたという印象。"
