"Capable Indian cuisine presented well in a generally pleasant envitonment.(Luckily we were not seated near the throng of take away customers). The wait staff although friendly are not efficient. Our meal was ultimately spoiled by a 15 minute wait to pay the bill."

"My uncle and aunt were visiting and due to diet restrictions there's not a lot of options. Thankfully seafood is fine. As a group we got some chips, catch of the day and a grilled fish with the oregano sauce. It was delicious. The chips were crispy and not too oily, and my grilled fish was absolutely delicious. I'm salivating just thinking of it. The shop itself was busy but our meal was done quickly, and the staff were courteous. It seems a shame that, as a long time turramurra resident, I had never been here before. I most definitely will be returning."

"Very good food. Tasty and well cooked. Not the cheapest but I think the quality justifies the price. Would like to see signature dessert offerings to rival the food. Excellent though."

"Three family members enjoyed a delicious morning tea seated outside Champ Chief this morning. A pot of tea for our elderly mother, really good coffee for the two of us. We enjoyed the most amazing muffins and Portugese tarts to accompany drinks, and staff...were most welcoming. Convenient street parking, we will definitely come again to this busy little cafe."
