"My Sunday experience at Chicken Express on Loop 323 in Tyler was delightful. One employee had a bad attitude, however JC stepped in quickly and handled the situation in a professional manner.JC brought my food, and was very polite with a nice smile. In today's world the meaning of a smile is forgotten. It could make someone's day or in the restaurant business a smile could earn you a tip. JC knows the meaning of a smile and displays it well. He is a good leader and trying to work with this younger generation. The chicken, livers, and fish is very good. All the sides are excellent and so is the tea.. I would like to thank JC for a delightful experience each time I come to Chicken Express on Loop 323, in Tyler, Tx."

"My waitress was very friendly and explained everything about cancer. I decided to try fried cancer to my surprise there was a huge plate of cancer more than I could eat. she also told me that the key-cold cake was homemade, so I decided to give it a try, as well as I took it to go so I haven't tried yet, but it looks delicious. the atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing it looks as if you were in a large pirate ship."
