"The Oyster Restaurant does not boast a fancy décor. It appears unpretentious, is dimly lit and has a little fish tank that is quite charming, if you have a charitable disposition. The cutlery is plain, the napkins are made of paper and the menu card has seen better days.Yet when my ravenous extended family descended en masse on the place, we were pleasantly surprised with the fare. The food which included South - Indian, Chinese (the Indian interpretation of said cuisine) and Tandoori, was brought out in double quick time and served piping hot. Most importantly, everything was uniformly delicious. Needless to say, our aesthetic sensibilities notwithstanding our bulging tummies had little cause for complaint."
