"I’m not sure what has happened to captain Joe’s but, I had the worst experience tonight. I called in an order for 3 surf and turf meals, all 3 the same. When my daughter got home there were no fan tail shrimp like the person taking my order and I had discussed. To my surprise when I called back to find out what happened to my shrimp, it had been the manager that took my order. He told me all he heard was ribeye and if it was any consolation, he only charged me for ribeye’s. Well for 89 dollars and change for 3 meals of steak, baked potato and steamed broccoli you would think the it would have been a good meal. If not for the baked potato I would have went hungry. The steak was thin, dry and tough as it could get, the broccoli was still raw. I could never order from here again. Very disappointed, 2 stars was a stretch. I included a picture of what was supposed to be a piece of hand cut, tender and juicy ribeye."

"The food was great, customer service was good too. The only complaint is that the food is a little costly given there are no free appetizers like free bread or biscuits like you'll find at Cracker Barrel and Olive Garden and other high end restaurants. They should give free bread like Long Horn Steak house does for the price you pay to eat there. But it was an overall great experience."

"I ordered the 24 sack with cheese and a few other things through the drive thru. When I got the whole house, I realized that I only had half of my job, so I drove all the way back to crystals and the dame that took my job has always apologised me. she really cares about her customers. by the way, eating was absolutely delicious"

"This is a great place. We arrived minutes before closing unknown they were about to close. They served us and served us very well. Food was amazing, customer service was great, and super friendly. They even sent my grands home with a little extra."

"4 of us from out of town went for some ice cream tonight and the service was great. We were even talking amongst ourselves about the table needing to be wiped and were looking to kae care if it ourselves. and Cliff came overand apologized and wiped thetable. They were very busy and he still noticed what was needed. The girls in the back preparing all the desserts were workingtheir buts off but were still getting them out timely. Cliff even acknowledged us leaving saying thanks and goodbye."
