"Happy Hour food was ok. Waitress seemed slightly disinterested and unfriendly but service was delivered quickly. Nice spot but improvements needed. Why can’t you get 12 wings instead of 10. Seems cheap of the restaurant to keep portions small."

"Used to be Coba We enjoyed an outstanding meal and evening at SALT. The atmosphere is lovely we were fortunate to be seated right at the edge, which sits on a rocky bluff overlooking the water. The views are outstanding water crashes on the rocks as you dine. The service was as to be expected at a Four Seasons we were greeting very warmly and offered a welcome cocktail. Our servers were friendly, courteous and prompt. For the bread service, a server comes a prepares a custom blended salt and herbs for the table, the base of which is local Anguilla salt. We enjoyed tuna tartare and Steak tartare for the apps; the tuna tartare was delicious with a citrus marinade. The steak tartare is prepared table side and was outstanding probably the highlight of the meal. My husband loved the jerk chicken entree, which was a touch spicy, but not overly so. It was very tender and juicy. The lobster entree was grilled to perfection it was extremely tender and not chewy at all. It was flavored well and paired perfectly with the melted butter. The sorbet and ice cream desserts were yummy, as was the caramel cheesecake. As expected, it’s not cheap, but we thought it was an excellent meal and would definitely recommend it! Side note my husband accidentally left our credit card with the bill; the restaurant tracked down the management company of our villa to see how we wanted to handle it. We appreciated the extra effort"

"Top notch eat out scratch! eating was amazing. healthy from scratch delicious food for fair prices. great service. much better then the frozen chemical filled food of the overpopulation chain restaurants that ruin this land. Czech-American deserves our business because they deserve it! we look forward to the next time we go through the opposite!"
