"This is in a gas station usually get takeout. The food is good and give you plenty. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I've had the gyro, monte cristo and fried fish dinner and sidewinder fries, fried mushrooms and philly steak. They also have desserts and they look great."

"We've eaten at this particular truck stop for years before it turned into Emas. Until today I've had absolutely no complaints. The wait staff is excellent, the food is good, but apparently it is completely verboten by ownership to ask to replace your toddlers hash browns with a piece of toast. But they will gladly give us an additional piece of toast for an extra 1.00 I've been in the food business and have been in management and never have I refused a customer a SIMPLE substitution. I could understand if we asked for the hash brown to be replaced with sausage or another egg, those cost more than a .02 piece of toast. I'm more irritated to find out that after our last visit the waitress (a sweet new girl) was brought to tears by the owner because she substituted my sons hash browns for toast. Because of this we will refrain from eating here until ownership changes (I give it a year) Sure, my 20 dollars a week won't bankrupt your business. The waitstaff might miss our 10-15 dollar tip (depending on how messy our child got). But at least it's out there that you can't treat your employees with respect.
