"Terrible eating. the vegeten were so old that they had cut the old pieces of cauliflower and broccoli that could be seen. there was only a small part of the meat in the combination. the sweet and acidic pork was chewing and we literally feed it to our dogs who took a double-sniff before they ate it. the won tones were punctual, as if we had given someone the missed order of a few hours before. To round it, it costs almost $50. this was formerly such a great place to get takeout and his disappointment that they spend their hard earned money on something so inedible."

"Cherry Cafe is my favorite place to eat and drink coffee. It's centrally located yet quietly hidden in a sunny corner behind the rotunda and clock tower. It's the best gathering place for people who walk, cycle, bus or drive and still want to socialize next to water. Perhaps it's the most romantic place to relax in Auckland. The owners have a real passion for all they do, they give friendly service and the coffee is fantastic. All are catered for whether it's for a toasted sandwich, French inspired pancakes, Vietnamese steak, moorish eggs, or the freshest chicken or beef pho."
