"Disappointing experience as Earls has always been one of our favourite go to spots but it just seems to be going downhill. Dynamite Rolls are not even close to as good as they used to be and were served falling apart and hardly any filling. Then ordered the garlic fries (which is hard to get wrong) and they were super greasy, only got the bits and pieces and had no flavour. Server felt really bad and we were ready to eat our main meal elsewhere but decided to stay and give them one more chance. I ordered a house salad and the bread with oil and vinegar thinking they couldn't possibly mess that up and the bread was totally stale and dried out! Will miss this place but can't see myself going back...."

"The food was creative and delicious. We were there on a Sunday and it was pretty empty, but the waitress was not very attentive and we had to wait 10 minutes or more to get the menu. The food came quickly and as I said it was excellent. Maybe our waitress just had a day off."
