Schinken (Parma, San Daniele) oder auch Salami oder Bresoala, Käse (Mozzarella, Pecorino, etc.) und Gemüse (eingelegte Tomaten, Auberginen, Peperoni, Ruccola, Olivenpaste, etc.).
